*PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF PICK UP!* Accepted forms of payment are cash, cheque (payable to Kathy Gyoerick), or E-Transfer to katskrittersmb@gmail.com (please use your pet’s name as the password). Due to having to chase down payments, unfortunately, there will no longer be any exceptions to this – all payments, in full, for services provided are due at the time of pick up.

***Please note that rates have increased as of September 1st, 2022. This is due to increasing operating expenses, as well as to better reflect the value of my over 10 years of experience and updated education/certifications, the unique services provided, and to bring me slightly closer in line to other boarding service providers (my rates are still VERY competitive). This is only the 3rd time in 10 years I have increased my rates and keep in mind that there are no additional fees charged for all of the many extras, such as swimming, walks, hikes, group play (and so much more) that your pet gets to enjoy during their stay! Boarding Rates:

Note:  The rate charged for BOARDING is per DAY.  Depending on the time of drop off/pick up, daycare rates may be charged on those days instead.

  • Dogs – $25.00/day
  • Cats – $15.00/day

Daycare Rates:

  • Dogs (Full Day – up to 8 hours) – $20.00/day
  • Dogs (Part Day – 4 hours or less) – $15.00/day

Bath Rate: **Note – service currently unavailable

A basic bath and towel dry can be arranged for your dog on the day of pick up.  This service is not available during very busy times, and is only available if your dog is easy to bathe and not stressed by the process.  The request for a bath must be made at the time the booking is made to ensure time for this is scheduled for the day of pick up.

  • Dogs – $15

Additional Fees:

Food – A $5 per day, per pet fee will be charged if your pet runs out of food during their stay.  I will do my best to provide the same food as your pet normally eats, but cannot guarantee this. They will, however, never go hungry!

Late drop off/Pick up – There is a $5 per 15 minutes charge for all late drop offs/pick ups. Chronically late clients may be refused service in the future.

Cancelation – A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel a booking.  If you cancel a booking less than 48 hours in advance of a scheduled drop off appointment, you will be charged 50% of your pet’s full stay.

No Show – If you don’t show up for a scheduled appointment and have not made advance contact to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the full amount of your pet’s scheduled stay. You also may be refused service in future.

Please note that, at my discretion, clients that have failed to provide payment in a timely fashion in the past may be required to provide advance payment for future bookings in order to continue to receive service.
