If you are ready to proceed with a booking, or have any questions about the information provided, please EMAIL email@example.com. Email is the preferred method of booking. I will do my best to respond to all boarding related emails within 24 hours. If I haven’t replied during that timeframe, please email again as it is likely your first message was not received.
*Please don’t forget that drop off and pick up TIMES are required to be provided, in addition to the requested dates, in order to confirm a booking. Your pet will not be booked in without this information and space will not be held for them. If you are booking well in advance and are unsure about drop off/pick up times, you still must provide the required drop off and pick up times to confirm the booking, keeping in mind that you can request changes to these times up to 24 hours in advance.
*Once you email your requested dates and times, I will confirm the booking or offer alternatives if your requested dates/times are unavailable.
For new clients, you will also be sent the required paperwork – the Application and the Consent/Waiver – at this time which you can either complete and return in advance via scan/email, or just provide the hard copy at the time that the first drop off appointment is scheduled. A CURRENT copy of your pet’s up to date vaccinations must also be provided. Please remember these forms/information are required and your pet will not be accepted for daycare or boarding without them.
